It's as structurally sound as you'll ever find, features complete U.S. welded fittings, is bottom draining and has four sturdy splayed legs to keep it balanced and gives you room to work underneath. You simply won't find this kind of innovation with any other brewing product on the market.
All Tanks come with a standard lid. If you would like to switch out a standard lid with a CIP Lid, select that add-on below and this will ship instead of the standard lid.
Note: The Tank Boil Kettle and Solo Kettle are the same base and port layout, the only difference is the Solo Kettle is only offered in 10, 15 and 20 gallon sizes.

Overview
We took our robust kettle design and engineered it to make post-Brew Day clean up a breeze! We added a bottom dome, giving you a convenient solution to drain your kettle completely. Not to mention that clean up has never been quicker or more efficient. In line with our full product portfolio, all Tank kettles are equipped with 1.5" tri-clamp ports welded onsite by our team in Milwaukee.

I'm upgrading from a 220V30A eBIAB system that required me to brew in the garage/driveway. I live in New England so I have to be dedicated to this hobby when I brew in the winter. When I received my first 15 gallon solo tank neither the regular flat lid or the steam condensing lid would fit properly on the tank because the tank was out of round. SPIKE sent me a new tank and everything is GREAT. After spending the summer finishing the basement I finally did my first brew on the system and it was a fantastic experience brewing indoors. I love everything about this 15 gallon solo system with SPIKE flow and SPIKE counterflow chiller. Thanks SPIKE!

United StatesI love the Tank Solo, but...
First let me start by saying that I absolutely love the Spike Tank Solo configuration! I went with this to size down my previous single vessel system from a 20g single vessel to this 10g Tank due to the shift in how people gather and consume beer post COVID-19. The smaller size is perfect for allowing me to make 2.5g to 5g batches depending on ABV which for me is excellent because it means I'm able to brew more frequently. The Tank makes brew day unbelievably easy and fast for brewing and cleaning. The welds are all top notch quality and the design is fantastic. However, because I don't have a dedicated brewing space I have elected to have my Tank on the Spike caster wheel kit and with the pick-up tubes, valves, and a tee (to allow for kettle recirculation reducing the chance of dry firing the element) attached to the front of the Tank when empty, it is very front heavy and likes to want to tip over. I would LOVE if Spike developed and extended brace design to fix the instability for those of use that would like our Tank on casters to be able to easily move it around while empty or full. Thank you so much for a great product!
Easy to Clean
With a domed bottom design and 1.5" tri-clamp bottom drain port, cleaning has now become the quickest and easiest part of Brew Day...as it should be! Simply rinse out all your solid material, add a CIP (Clean in Place) ball and after 5 minutes of power washing the inside of your Tank, you'll have a squeaky-clean kettle.
Splayed Legs
Why get a kettle with legs? The splayed legs on the Tank gives an extra wide stance for stability, as well as threaded legs to add the included adjustable leveling feet or even our caster kit.
