Bought gift card cause what I want isn't in stock and I can't buy it.

It was alright I'm confused as to why I couldn't purchase the product I wanted and it ships when it's available. Instead I had to purchase a gift card cause it says out of stock. But what was in stock still hasn't shipped over a month later. Kinda confused if it was in stock why it hasn't shipped. And if it wasn't in stock how come I could buy one that claimed in stock (even tho I'm confused how it's in stock if it hasn't shipped yet). While the other says out of stock and can't purchase that one. But I'm starting to think the one that was in stock wasn't cause I don't understand the shipping hang up if the items were in stock. My experience is confusing and not having a phone number to call makes it more confusing. Other than that I'm super excited to recieve and use your products heard nothing but good things.
