Overview
The butterfly valve is the preferred valve for the cold side of brewing due to the ease of cleaning. Our handle is a special 'shorty' style which keeps a compact design. This handle is made from extremely durable glass reinforced nylon which is much lighter than metal handles.

No complaints on this valve,it does the job. But itt seems bulkier/heavier than it has to be. I often find myself wanting to be between the detents, which is annoying.
