Each jacket is tailored to fit perfectly. The jacket was created by a former Lululemon designer, because if you're going to cover up shiny stainless steel, it better look just as good! We think she did the trick!
- Reinforced stitching around all ports, legs and handles for extra strength
- Helps maintain stable fermentation temps regardless of ambient conditions
- Stops the tank from ‘sweating’ in warm weather
- Interior Velcro for attaching the optional conical heater
- Machine washable
Everything SPIKE it top notch
This item and every item from Spike is amazing quality. Perfect snug fit. It's now on my conical. I am very happy with this product.
I love how sleek and sharp these look with the black and red. When you’re spending a lot on gear, you really want it to look the part. These always help impress visitors to my brewery.
Great product with only one design flaw
This jacket is great for maintaining temperatures and does what its advertised to do. My one and only complaint is the single piece design. I would love to be able to remove the jacket without having to completely disassemble the fermenter. During especially humid times, mold has developed on the jacket from condensation, and I would like to be able to swap out the jacket to launder it.
Must have Coat
I just got this and havent fermented yet since installed. I held off because i didn't want to cover up all the beautiful shiny stainless i paid for. Wel,l in Fla, the conical sweats like a beast when chilling and really needs insulation to drop temps for cold crashing. I can't comment on that yet but it looks good and fits nice and snug and the shiny parts that are exposed pop really nice. I'm happy. I do prefer the old logo though.
No issues with the item. Since just like wearing a hat on your head that keeps the heat in, it would be great if you made an insulated cover for the lids. For those of us in the hotter climates, it would help my chiller be able to cold crash and maintain temp.
