I ******* up when I purchased the Spike Flow and accidentally bought the NPT version instead of the TC. Spike was awesome and right away sent me new head to swap out. Like an idiot, I sent back the impeller shaft with the NPT heads. Spike sent me new shafts the same day. This is the best customer service I've experienced while trying to start my nano brewery
