Ordered the "Wort Chiller" and the Essentials kit at the same time. The wort chillers is GREAT and works flawlessly! I love it! The essentials kit leaves alot to be desired. No instruction and no recommendation(s) for what attaches to the thermocouple probe piece? A partial refund was requested for a mistake I had made. That was done quickly.
