Overview
Our engineers designed a clear polycarbonate (same material as bullet proof glass) cap which allows you to see inside the top of the conical when it's fermenting. This has also been tested against common brewery chemicals and has held up against the likes of PBW and StarSan.

This is a very good idea, but the ****** condensation leaves the window too clouded to see through well.
