Excellent customer service

This clamp was a replacement for a defective one I received with the flex+. It was a bad casting on the nut and made it clamp unevenly. Not a huge deal but inconvenient for sure. So i took some pictures of the defect and sent them to spike. The next morning they responded and I had the replacement in a couple days. Thanks to spike for the easy transaction.
