Carbonation Chart

To compliment our new Carb Stone we've created a forced carbonation chart to help you during your brew day!

Simply match up the temperature you'll be carbonating at with the target volumes of CO2. Then set your pressure gauge to read the PSI listed in the chart. It is recommend to cold crash to at least 45F and then force carbonate your beer.
