1. Sponsor
The Spike Brewing Mill Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Triangle Solutions LLC d/b/a Spike Brewing, 505 Route 168 Suite A, Turnersville, NJ 08012 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Zen Agency, Giveaway Ninja, and their parent companies, affiliates and agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, November 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Both methods have the same entry period, prizes and odds per entry.
Purchase entry. Place an order at spikebrewing.com during the Promotion Period. Each order earns entries based on its product subtotal after all discounts are applied, excluding taxes, shipping charges and any free promotional merchandise:
- Orders earn 1 entry for each $1 of discounted product subtotal.
- Orders that contain at least one product priced over $500 before discounts earn 2 entries for each $1 of discounted product subtotal, on the whole order.
Partial dollars are rounded down. Entries are credited automatically to the email address used on the order. Entries from an order that is cancelled or fully refunded are void. If an order is partially refunded, its entries are reduced to reflect the refunded amount. Gift card purchases do not earn entries; orders paid for with a gift card earn entries on their product subtotal as usual. There is no limit on the number of entries a person can earn through purchases.
Free entry. Complete the giveaway entry form on the giveaway entry page at spikebrewing.com during the Promotion Period with your first and last name, email address and phone number. A free entry earns 250 entries. Limit one free entry per person during the Promotion Period. Existing email subscribers may also submit the form to receive a free entry. Submitting the form subscribes you to Spike Brewing marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time; unsubscribing does not affect entries already received.
Accurate information. Entries are tracked by name, email address and phone number. Anyone who uses more than one email address, identity or account to obtain additional free entries, or who enters by any automated means, will be disqualified.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late or not submitted in accordance with these Official Rules are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
5. Prizes
Two (2) prizes will be awarded:
- Prize 1: One (1) special-edition Spike Mill Home, powder coated in red. One of one. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $799.
- Prize 2: One (1) special-edition Spike Mill Pro, powder coated in red. One of one. ARV $1,099.
ARVs are based on the retail price of the standard editions. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,898.
Prizes are shipped at no cost to each winner’s address within the eligible area. Limit one prize per person and per household. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to a winner only where required by law, such as when the total value of prizes Sponsor awards to that winner in a calendar year is $2,000 or more.
6. Drawing and Odds
On December 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, using the Giveaway Ninja platform. The drawing and winner calls will be video recorded and may be shared on Sponsor’s website, social media and email.
During the drawing, Sponsor will call each selected entrant at the phone number associated with their entries. If the selected entrant does not answer, or no phone number is associated with their entries, that entrant forfeits and Sponsor will draw another entry. Drawing continues until two potential winners have been reached. The first potential winner reached chooses either Prize 1 or Prize 2; the second potential winner receives the remaining prize.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners are notified by the phone call described in Section 6, followed by email. At the start of the call, Sponsor will tell the potential winner that the call is being recorded for promotional use and ask for their consent. Entrants should make sure a working phone number is on their order or entry form and be available to answer it at 12:00 p.m. ET on December 1, 2026.
Each potential winner must return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receiving it. A potential winner who does not return the affidavit on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules forfeits the prize, and Sponsor will award it to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize each winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and the video recording of the drawing and winner call for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, including Sponsor’s website, social media and email, without further notice, approval or compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive, unsportsmanlike or fraudulent manner. If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, a virus, unauthorized intervention or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and, where permitted, select winners from eligible entries received before the event. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries, or for any technical malfunction of networks, systems or the Giveaway Ninja platform.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Zen Agency, Giveaway Ninja, and their respective parents, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims or losses arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
11. Facebook and Instagram
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability relating to the Promotion. Information collected is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Promotion and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at spikebrewing.com/pages/privacy-policy. Free entry submissions subscribe the entrant to Spike Brewing marketing emails as described in Section 4.
13. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising from the Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Gloucester County, New Jersey.
14. Winners List and Sponsor Contact
For the names of the winners, email info@spikebrewing.com with the subject line “Mill Giveaway Winners” by January 31, 2027. Questions about the Promotion can be sent to the same address.
