Gets cold and doesn’t freeze
Works as it should, gets cold and doesn’t freeze. Mixed about 2:1 with distilled water, the 2.5 gallon size is enough to just barely overfill the spike chiller reservoir with the addition of 5 gallons of DI H2O. Excess flows into fermenter chiller coils. No evidence of freezing down to 25 deg F. So it’s doing what it’s supposed to do! Fast shipping and great service as always from Spike.
